To produce an EPC I need to visit your property and do a survey. The survey will take between 30 to 60 minuntes depending on size and complexity. I will need access to all rooms/areas of the house including any loft space. Most importantly, I will need acces to the boiler, water cylinder (if present) and meter cupboards. I will also need to take pictures to keep as evidence of the inspection (a requirement of accreditation).
